John was a highly professional, knowledgeable and relatable instructor. John openly shared his own lived experience in a way that was constructive and was able to use instances where he was implemented this material in his own experiences in his crisis support work. I thoroughly enjoyed the material provided by John and how he was able to make the course content relatable to our industry. He was so positive, supportive and open minded to the challenges present in the TPS and willing to listen to us and make modifications to the training course on the fly in order to best support us. Could not sing his praises enough.
